For information about our next and future walks.
This link will take you to the details of our walks which are posted on the Ramblers website. Information about the initial meeting place, walk leader contact etc, can then be accessed by clicking on the walk heading which is displayed at the top of the walk details in red.
We walk almost every weekend of the year, the walks are usually a full day
out with stops for coffee/tea and a chance to eat your packed lunch.
Shorter more leisurely walks are available on a Wednesday or Thursday,
sometimes with the option of a pub lunch.
In the summer there is often an evening walk on a Thursday from a local pub and is designed to give the opportunity to socialise. There are also Evening walks during the summer months on a Tuesday.
Please note that the Walks Programme has been updated.
The walk 'Wirral Villages and the Dee Estuary' on Sunday 18th March is a Leisurely walk as shown on the revised programme.
The other change is the 'Derwent Edge Ladybower Reservoir'
walk meeting time is now 09.00 hrs. This is shown on the revised programme.
The start time from Ladybower will be 10.45.

We are always looking for new ideas and anybody who wishes to try their hand at walk leading. We have a nucleus of very experienced leaders who undertake walks and are also prepared to help anybody who feels as though they might benefit from support on their first outing. All walks are thoroughly reconnoitred beforehand and the venues are local, Peak District, Snowdonia, Shropshire Hills and many more.
